I can't wait till I'm 25. I'm sick of being a broke ass student. It is MUCH worse being a broke middle-aged bloke. At least if you are under 25 you have more decades to make it up.

I'm a few years off of 40 and I have to say things keep on getting better... Although my health is gonna start decline soon, no doubt. You can still keep 90% of your fitness in your 60s (and be more fit than many in their 20s), but it takes dedication and work. And I mean DEDICATION and WORK. I plan to keep strong, flexible and as much stamina as possible -- climb mountains until you are 70? Formation sky diving? Maybe a new university degree? Why not?

I get into slump thinking I am older and decrepid but I fight it. I can't stand when people say... I am old. When clearly they look still 22! A friend of mine looks 22 yrs old and not a day older she's athletic and quite active but she sticks to an old person's bed time and doesn't hang out as much claiming I am old I need my rest and I am like ...SHUT UP. uhm, maybe she just looks so young cos she always gets her rest I think that might really help. @straycat: yeah, I have the same benefit and now at my age *lol* it starts to come in handy... but really I look at the ppl that started uni w/ me back then and they're my age or one or two years older than I am and they already look so old... and then I think "damn it, barely finished uni and already looking like an old person " I'm happy I look like I could be in my teens yeah man but ya can't sleep your life awaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy

yeah, but you get to a point where going out and partying all night long doesn't seem quite as appealing. i still want to go out and spend time with my friends, but the last place you'll find me is in a club.

Life is going to be much better whether I decide to work or go to graduate studies in the city ;D Though 40 for many men is considered the beginning of their lives. Obama is 44 and everybody says he is young

I never get drunk either that is not how I partay.(probably couldn't with that asian alchohol allergie thing ) I mean she won't go out to dinner or movies or anything.

Obama is 44 and everybody says he is young The beginning of the REST of your life. ;D (As it is for everyone). What happens after 40 is that you realize that you wasted your youth and you have to finally get around to do something. Barry turns 47 in August.

What is it with age? Why do people bother? Concentrate on the quality rather than the quantity. 'Young' or 'old' the words are relative. People who restrict themselves to socialising within their own age group (whatever that may be) are missing out on a more rewarding experience.
