^ You can buy papadums pre-made in stores and cook them at home. They are cheap and tasty. If one doesn't feel like frying them, they can also be cooked in the microwave. Just put one in the microwave for around a minute, flip it over, heat it for about another minutes, and one has an edible pappad. Flavor-wise, I still prefer fried pappads.

I have just about every spice there is. I bought in bulk and now I probably have ten-twenty years worth.

I just read yesterday that curry powder begins to lose its flavor after 6 months. Maybe Avsar has them cryogenically frozen?

I need to learn how to make papadams, I'll make 500 of 'em a day! You actually just buy them in the indian grocery as flat paper looking like light brown disks. You deep fry them for a sec or two in hot old then put on a paper towel to drain the oil. Like shrimp chips. They puff up same way

Coffee grinders who's sole purpose is grinding spices comes in handy. Also a mortar and pestal is a necessity as well with spices. India is definitely the spice capital or point. The land, religion, philosophy, climate, plants, geography and people all come together to produce unbelievable uses of its natural resources.
