We have an Asian version of this thread, but I couldn't find the European one. So here it is! Everybody post European music that you like.
80's music from France
Catchy French techno song

Dulce Pontes, fado singer. One the greatest voices to have graced my ears. IMHO.
Paris Combo. Eclectic Cuban Jazz fusion. I prefer Irene, the live version. Moi Mon Ame Et Ma Conscience:
Balkan Beat Box. Song: Bulgarian Chicks. These girls from Chattanooga, Tennessee are performing to this Eastern European dance fusion. Mediterranean, Gypsy, Jewish influences.

Cheeziness-wise your posts just beat the beautiful Asian music thread

^Some whine with that cheese? What does the Enlightened Ganbare! from the City of Light listen to? Euro-lounge or American pop imitation?
But I don't... Europeans might be the cheese-eaters, but nothing beats Asian music in terms of cheeziness.

Why take it aggressively? Is there no room for doubt or irony? I'm freaking sick of getting jumped down the throat for no reason. I didn't say anything before but it's not the first time on EAN that someone uses my location as a mean to tease me, like Americans can teach everybody a lesson, no wonder you're hated overseas. Back on topic, to answer your question, I enjoy modern youngsters music: new wave, electro... you know stuff, Europeans are running the show:

now now, patriots.if someone doesn't like being teased about their nationality respect that, and if someone teases you about your nationality and you don't like it,returning fire is not the way to go.
i love Fado.ah,saudade... i also am probably the only person on the planet enamored of yodeling.*bracing for thrown tomatoes*

^ Would you like some pine cones with your red wood forests? People from Northern California will never understand yodeling like people from Southern California. I always liked yodeling too, since Vega (Balrog for those of you in Japan) from Street Fighter II would yodel on occassion.

^^Would you guys like some Ricola with that yodel? Nothing in Spanish California compares to the yodeling yokels of the Great Bavarian State of Minnesota. We yodel 'till the cows come home and sometimes we yodel so hard it curdles the milk...in Wisconsin.

So you yodeling Minnesotans are responsible for Wisconsin's famed cheese, huh? perhaps my love of yodeling stems from my love of Ricola as a kid.you might be on to something...

^^Not trying to date anyone--except myself. But who remembers Mr. Lamar Bones, the school principal with a passion from yodeling, from the Nickelodeon show, Doug (1991-1994)? Episode 5: Doug Didn't Do It
