33 % enjoys reflective and complex music 24 % enjoys edgy and aggressive music 1 % enjoys fun and simple music 12 % enjoys energetic and upbeat music
I was a bit confused by some of the genres though. "Oldies" "Rock" and "Alternative" are way too broad for me - I really like some examples of each and hate many others. What the hell is oldies anyway? Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, Yes, Neil Young - are all pretty different, yet mostly old or dead.
I don't see how folk music should be "reflective and complex" like Jazz - to me they are almost polar opposites in terms of complexity versus simplicity. The categorization of music into personality traits seems kind of like BS to me. I don't even know which category my favorite band - Steely Dan - would fall into.

They are probably just asking you what stations you like to listen to on the radio. For example, Steely Dan gets plenty of play on the Smooth Jazz station, though he's no Kenny G. I just don't see how jazz and folk fans have the same personality. The test would be a lot better if they asked you specific examples. For example, you learn more by asking someone to rank the Beatles vs. the Stones, or Led Zeppelin vs. Dylan.
BTW, I like how 90s music is now classified as Oldies. Soon all the music we grew up loving will be Oldies and we'll all have to give a rank of 7 to oldies because anything you liked up to age 30 will be considered Oldies by the radio station.

Interesting quiz. My results were:
57% reflective and complex 0% edgy and aggressive 0% fun and simple 7% energetic and upbeat
Most of the personality descriptions were rather accurate apart from me being from middle or upper class!

94 % enjoys reflective and complex music 73 % enjoys edgy and aggressive music 50 % enjoys fun and simple music 75 % enjoys energetic and upbeat music "they tend to enjoy watching action movies, science fiction movies, gangster/mobster movies, comedy movies, and erotic films." Take out comedy movies, and they're spot on. or Led Zeppelin vs. Dylan. This is a music quiz, not rocket science. I'd have a better chance at dividing by zero than answering that question.
