They always look more or less euro on the photos. May be because they are close to eyebrows. Usually Asians have a big distance between eyes and eyebrows, mine are close to the nose and close to the eyebrows. For example, this Asian girl has a short distance between her eyes and eyebrows, that's why her eyes look not very Asian. And some Asians have a" lid"(something fleshy )under eyes too.I think thatit is also a typical Asian feature which I don't have.

LOL, I then went onto say that it could have been the position of your brow!!!!
Like I have a double yet it is still my eyes which give away the fact that I am part chinese (or so I think) because of my brow!! (the bit above the eye).
My brothers brow is more european so even though he has one single lid eye (and one very double lid) you can't really say he has one very chinese eye unless you look VERY very closely (in other words, you inspect his face) because of the position of his brow.

This page that DaVid posted explains everything. About some people in your Asian family having a double lid and some who don't. It's basically due to the amount of fat and skin you have in the area. The fatty tissues you have in the eye area resembles puffy eyes in the morning like the bags that some Asians have under their eyes, that you were talking about wjck. How deep set (eg. the eye socket) the eyes are have more to do with whether the eyes look more Caucasian or whatnot. Also Caucasoids tend to have eyes that fit the shape of a rectangle while Asians (Mongoloids) tend to have eyes that are more oval shaped, this is because epicanthic folds are prevalent. Mine are double.

Bjork has single eyelids, at least on some photos, she still doesn't look Asian, she look something. ;D the same I can tell about her, she has double eyelids, but mostly at the corners of the eyes.

I tend to think that at one point in history that Icelandic, Danish, the Germanic tribes of Europe and some part of northern Europe have some Inuit mix (Eskimo) within their population which I would consider Asiatic in origin. I mean I know that the Danes have a significant mixing with the Inuit and I notice that there are Germans that have eyes that tend to be a little deeper than the forehead which is an asiatic characteristic. I don't know just a guess..

Double..
Though I'm pretty sure I have Chinese relatives who have doubles too, and eyes that are much lighter than mine. My dad's is such a light brown I can see a blue ring around his irises.

How could you tell? What's the difference between mono and double eye lid? Well, I am only a quarter white, and I don't really know what's the norm for Filipino. I know that they are more polynesian looking compare to east asian people and rounder eyes... although some do look like east asian. I mean I guess they look kinda hispanic but one indication is their nose's are a bit rounder/wider compared to Europeans. I read its an adaptation to breathing hot/humid salt***er air which most seafarers share in the Pacific Island chain all the way to the east of NZ (maori). ;D I don't really know if I have a mono or double eyelid eyes..so I took a pic today to post here. The lighting was bad I guess, but thats no excuse.. ;D Yeah, that’s me on my death bed..and yes thats a paddle on top of my bed..in case im bad..haha jk ok...sorry, it kinda large, but I will take off the pics later on.. bye..gotta go, later.

^ your left eye definitely looks single
your right looks single but sort of double. There doesn't seem to be a double crease in the corner though (which is what is meant by double fold- I think).
My eyes change shape. But never single fold. They vary from small lidded double to big lidded double. (sounds funny but there is a difference)

I think both his eyelids look double.. you can quite clearly see there is a crease/fold.
Are you referring more to that his skin kinda hangs/hoods over the fold/crease?
My bf gets that when he gets tired, I think the skin around his eyes go a bit puffy and makes him look more chinese as he kinda loses the double folded-ness.
