I've got a so-called ski-jump nose...based on some of the baby pictures I saw it looks like it's not uncommon for eurasians...  |

Myself/High Roman Nose..Caucasian Nose. Definately it is a strong asset..definately it means strength.

My nose isn't a ski jump - it goes down straight and not curved. But it looks like penguinopolite's nose at the bottom - I think it's a mix of my parents - the bridge of my dad's nose and the bottom nostril part is more asian kinda flip like my mom's but not flat.

My Chinese grandmother (mom's side) used to tell me that I had my dad's bridge and the tip of my mom's nose. As I got older, though, my nose slowly became more "Asian" and roundish. After going through two bridge piercings-- both which had migrated due to the shape of my bridge-- I came to the conclusion that my grandmother's original statement had become invalid. Boo.  |

I've always really really liked your nose, kyu-ree. I think you described it perfectly.
I love the strong German nose. I'm jealous.

I got a bit of the german nose that sticks out way too much. It looks odd oops becauseI've got a button nose. I'm not saying Kyu Ree's is ugly it's just my face is small and when you see my profile it looks like my nose is really big.

according to my mum...my nose is my most attractive feature. This makes me laugh.  I have yet to hear anyone say "your nose is so attractive" or, "I looked at his nose and fell in love". I'm sure u have many attractive features. |

Believe me I've had my mum's friend (she's chinese) say to my sisters and me "I like your noses it's nice and straight". What do I say to that, thank you??? How can you just compliment us on our noses??? That is sooooo wrong. I feel insulted, lol.

My mom and her friends have given me compliments on my nose as well. It is awkward. When I was only 8 or 9 years old, one of them actually asked my mom if she could take pictures to show them to her friends.  I apparently have a more European-looking nose, because it's narrow with a high bridge. |
