I've noticed many people claim to have this mysterious blue ring around their brown (iris) eyes.
A (mixed) girl I know made this claim and it was baloney. To even see a hint of blue you needed to shine bright light in her eyes and a magnifying glass - and even then it was a very dark navy shade, probably from the mixing of the white of the eye and dark brown of the iris. Just seems like people are trying to be more exotic than they actually are.
An Indian man at work can actually say he has a blue ring around his eyes - it's visible from afar. However, I think it's from the onset of glaucoma, cataracts or some other eye disease.

Um...I think having brown eyes in itself is actually more exotic..
as is being just simply EA, if you wish to deem yourself as "exotic"/

B for boring Brown. I Wish i had simmie's and alexsmom's brown optimism. If brown was the rarest eye colour than id be loving it, but since its so common its seems plain.

brown isn't common in england, blue is common.

Im surrounded by Asians, I dont think any eye colour is really better than the other - It just comes down to circumstance, and i think for most people its about standing out from the rest.

I don't like DARK brown eyes like my mothers- they look black.
my eyes are a lighter shade of brown, so they are fine. Lighter than my hair (except when it has been sun bleached) and eyelashes...and definitely eyebrows. I actually find blue eyes sometimes a bit cold, I really like hazel and light brown to be honest.
