The shorter the curlier for me. It is also very thick. If I let it go Cousin It lives on the back of my head. Have a look see: ::sigh:: I'm even scarier from the front. Hey, it's the only hair pic I had. I'll try to take more back-of-kat's-head pictures, just for you guys.

Both my parents have thick hair, my dad's would grow curly if it got more than 2 inches long, and my mum's used to be frizzy and wavy-ish too.. not the best hair genes.
When i was a toddler, my hair was curly/wavy, then grew mostly straight and VERY thick, then started to go wavy and uncontollable. Then tamed a bit, but still thick and wavy - if i scrunch dried it, it would be curly, but hard to blow dry straight..
So now I've had it chemically straightened a couple of times which makes its easy to deal with!

My British Dad had thin, curly hair and my Malaysian Mum had poker straight, thick hair...
so, I got thick, wavy/curly hair which is just about manageable (kindof)

Mine's wavy and baby fine, but I straighten it everyday. Me too. I straighten my hair everyday. I do a lot of ironing. But it really takes a bit time coz I have thick hair. If I have no time, I just make a pony tail. My hair is naturally wavy..messy.. a mixture of straight and curly. I don't like it.. either straight or curly but not both. If I don't straighten, It looks pretty messy when I have them loose. When I was a kid, I had long straight hair.. when I was about 8 years old, I cut my hair short and when they grew back, they became wavy-- I had wavy messy hair ever since.

Straight. But when it's really long it curls at the ends; refer to sig pic But now that I've cut my hair it's doesn't curl at the ends New Haircut (it's curly cause the hairdresser did it, ignore that ) : what do you guys think? Is the old hair or the new hair better?

I like the new one too. It makes you look younger. and... bouncier! ^_^, maybe thats not the right word... but I think the new style frames your face nicely.
