"Eurasian should just stand alone and say who you are" Basically it should just say "I AM," If you do not feel in your heart than go join the "others."
It's all a person's choice and their life...no one can tell a person eventually what to do...loyalties are everywhere but where it counts is in the heart.

You know you're Eurasian when the guys started asking you (more and more, that is) "what are you??" when you became a teenager. (that's cos U know you're growing up and starting to become more attractive, therefore opposite sex is starting to come onto you...
...u know what i mean.

You know you're Eurasian if you get that blarsted "You look like Keanu Reeves" comment. (Even I got it once and I look nothing like him) Hahahahahaha, I think that for a long time he was confused as being the face of eurasians and the easiest person to compare ppl to!

(Even I got it once and I look nothing like him) With EA women, Tia Carrere comparisons are rampant even I've gotten it. That's definitely not a bad thing ;p - as for Keanu.... well, he has been known to be quite pasty and the last time someone said I looked like him it was only because I had a dopy look on my face! (and seriously, I look nothing like him!)

People also compliment me on my colored contacts, of which I don't wear. Also, my sister has been mistaken for my dad's much younger girlfriend on occassion...YUCK!

Also, my sister has been mistaken for my dad's much younger girlfriend on occassion...YUCK! I've mentioned a few times on this board how at age 12 people asked my father if I were his wife. I got a little brother when I was 14 so I never liked going out with my father without my mother. It's really painful for a young girl especially one so sexually unaware for people to think your "involved" with your own parent. No one's really commented on this. I wonder if it's a taboo subject on EAN. Why do I see you starting a thread about it? "Would you date your transexual ex-con parent?"

Hmm, do you think this is just a bad misconception that effects girls only? Sounds like its more a poor reflection on society.

^Basically it's sad but East Asia and all the gains they have made with their hard work can not stop their young women ( I mean really young) to try to hook up with Caucasian mens. It's the promised land when they get the visa stamp or marriage. I heard a couple months back an American man aged 80 something going to Cambodia......but that shouldn't be talked about. I think it's the old WW2 mentality thing.
