Pulp Fiction is fun. I haven't seen that in a while. Think I need to watch that again.

Just watched Babel - Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett (sp?) are in it -- but not completely the main focus. I thought it was quite good - love how it jumps around from Morocco, to California, to Mexico to Japan -- excellent filming too (to my highly untrained eye).

I just watched, "The Descent". In a nut-shell, it's a horror movie about a group of women who explore a dark cave, and to their shock-horror, encounter blood-thirsty goblin/monsters!

As lame as the plot sounds, it's surprisingly good, with interesting & unexpected character developments throughout the film.
I give it 6.5 out of ten

NOTE- One of the main characters is Eurasian!!!!!!!
Her name is Natalia Mendoza and she's 1/2 Filipino, 1/4 German and 1/4 Australian. She also grew up in Sydney, Australia- how cool is that! Here's a pic of her below:

I just watched "Casino Royale" the James Bond movie. It was alright. I think it was a bit over-rated from a lot of people. I didn't think the plot was excellent or anything. This Bond is also less charming imo. But nice to go to the cinemas... been a long time

^ I heard he was less charming too. And I was reading this article on him by someone who interviewed him and they found exactly the same thing...he's quite an icy character in real life and isn't a very nice person at all..well afterall his two favourite words are 'f*ck you' lol.

I watched the Prestige today. It was quite good I liked it! I'd give it 8/10

^ Oh really? Haha that explains it. I do like his eyes though. They're an electric, icy sort of blue. What was interesting though was the lack of gadgets and MAN is that guy's body stacked or what?! Not saying I liked it but he was pretty big.

I guess we're used to the charming James Bond's and all the gadgets. This didn't really romanticise his character He didn't even have his own car! I don't want to say too much but the ending wasn't a typical one. Guess that's interesting.

Well the reason why James Bond this time round has been put amongst the greatest is because he is not charming. The objective is to make Bond seem sinister and hes not supposed to act all charming.
Probably why Daniel Craig has been given good reviews for it. His demeanor is cool and calm.

setting: was expecting a futuristic setting with all cool stuff from the future. Dissapointing. It only had s***ty cars and buildings.

plot: yeah so the human race is gonna die out... o well. What the english govt did to the illegal immigrants... HOLY f***

acting: sucks no yeah cool gud yeah sure sure

overall: ALRIGHT. I would mind watching it again.

I watched, "The Hostel" last night. It's pretty disturbing and I didn't enjoy the movie at all. If you're a sicko, you'd propbably enjoy it. If not, stay clear of it

I saw "Perfume:Story of a murderer" www.imdb.com/title/tt0396171/ on saturday.

I read the book about a year or so ago and for once I wasn't disappointed with an adaptation.

The film was beautiful, the soundtrack everything.

I understand that this film isn't to everyone's taste as it's not high-octane or action packed.

But I'd give it 8/10

Yeah i just watched that about a month ago. It is disturbing but the discussion surrounding how disturbing it was abit exaggerated i think.

Apparently there is going to be a sequel with three girls in the lead roles. That's going to be more disturbing for me. I think they've just wrapped up filming it.




Anyhoo i just watched...Meet The Fockers. I would have gone out to watch it way earlier but i finally went and saw it on DVD. I give it 7/10.

i read about that in some beauty magazine,i think Allure?it sounded interesting,but i was kinda freaked out by the idea of a human in an enfleurage tank.

They're really making a sequel? damn, there's no way I will be watching that. I just don't like seeing ppl getting chooped up,etc...it's just wrong
