Only 5 years? I haven't made plans to see it yet - even though I've been watching the Simpsons since the day I was born and everything I've learnt is from that show.

wow. the police have got that kwik-e-mart covered. I can only dream that they had staged that car there, and put a really fat pig-nosed chief wiggum in it. I thought the movie was great. a lot of the humor style from years ago came back, and their willingness to make it sort of sappy/emotional was there too, and I haven't seen them do a good job of that in a while, either. it wasn't "life-changing" or anything, but it was a certainly a really good episode times 4 (at just under 90 minutes).

I found out that most, if not all, Simpsons animations were drawn in Korea where the skilled labor is still cheaper than in the U.S. I know it gives jobs to some animators there and that's good for their livelihoods, but I never found the cartoon series funny or interesting. I just think it's soooo r-e-t-a-r-d-e-d - just like its characters.

I can't believe it's PG. No child should have to see Bart's ..... I didn't even know cartoons had those!

If you'd seen it, you wouldn't be asking.

I saw it a couple of weeks ago and I enjoyed it. If you're not a Simpson's fan you probably won't like it and if you're not fussed then probably wait for the DVD to come out. Shake it more than twice and it's playing with yourself... ha ha

As much as I switch on the telly to watch the simpsons, this movie to me doesn't get a reaction from me other than 4 simpsons episodes tied together except the shading is better.
On yahoo theres a poll between the simpsons and rush hour 3 over what preferable to see, rush hours winning. sry simps, but I'd spend my $15 to see Rush hour instead.
