Awesome news, Jun. Today I found out my grandmother will start living with my parents soon. I am so eternally glad for this as she's getting a bit scatterbrained and infirm. She recently went for heart surgery and had a bad fall so we're thankful. I wish I had ten thousand lifetimes worth of time to spend more time with her.

that is good news,Cel.my grandfather's in his mid-eighties and is really getting scary, luckily the girl we thought moved in to take advantage of him turned out to be a gem and keeps house, feeds him, keeps his meds in order and makes him get out of the house for things other than work.really glad you guys have peace of mind now, that generation is so precious. the money was stolen using some kind of duplicated card, they got my bf's ATM card # and pin even though it never left his wallet.crazy.i guess they were able to check camers and whatnot and determine that the withdrawl was not made by us even though the card was in our posession. the other thing that made me smile was a care package from my cousins in HI-giant shopping bag full of my favorite li hing mui, japanese snack crackers, and chocolate from NZ.yum!not allowed to eat it in bed though cause my bf can't stand the smell. and hearing that my stoic, cynical father (as the oldest son) danced the first dance with my grandfather at his HUGE 75th birthday party, and watching him tear up telling it.my heart's warm tonight.

Thanks, Blank and Jun. Your grandfather's lucky. Sometimes it's hard to believe those situations but my grandfather is also in the same position (girl is now his wife). You'd think it's money but they're living hand to mouth and we send what $ we have over when we can. Ps: if the man can't stand the smell, he should sleep on the couch. Kidding. Hearing about your atm scam makes me that much more cautious. This must be cyclic or something but the bit about your father and grandfather at the party definitely made me smile.

waking up at 10 made me smile today. Same here, except at 7:30am! I woke up feeling the warm rays from the sun hit my face and I instantly knew today was going to be a great day. Not only that but hearing my little niece downstairs in the kitchen, saying words like, nana (banana), buddy (dog), no i don't want, or ma because she can't quite say grandma Ah sweet sweet family

I woke before the sun came up today but it's quite a farty day. Cold and the like. But hopefully it will be nice this afternoon. We're rolling down to the water. yay.
