Helles-snatch up that OPI while you can, they're being s***heads and will no longer be available via etailers, only through brick and mortars at full price *edit:duh, you bought makeup online, not polish.carry on...*.my nail polish collection is hovering around 90+...i have a problem.
Lex-i always want to use MAC but i hear such bad things about it for my skintype.i've been thinking about maybe trying one of their concealers but i'm so cheap lol.i've been mixing Everyday Minerals and Bare Minerals foundatons to get the right color and i'm in love.one of the only things that doesn't break me out.
and i've found the best, cheapest mattifier for me-milk of magnesia.no joke.my face is an oil slick and with this i only need to blot once a day and my makeup stays put til i take it off and it doesn't clog my pores.love.i've been using a combination of alpha and beta hydroxy acid products for the past fw months and it's the only thing other than hormonal birth control that made a difference in my skin.

I used to order from Strawberry.net and it was cheaper but I realized later that the items I was buying were all smaller sizes than what the original company sells. For instance, I got Diorskin Airbrush foundation for maybe $10 less but the bottle they send you is half the size of the store bought one because it was the old discontinued line. Not saying all those items are phonies, but you might want to check on that. Interesting! I found the same thing with Amazon and coffee. The price looks good until you realize they are shipping 12oz bags and not the 16oz bags that everyone else is selling.

I haven't reached this level, but I can't seem to stop buying nail polish. Or lipstick, for that matter! I'm always drawn to the same colours so I have a few coral/oranges that are only a few shades apart. Right now I'm loving American Apparel's Office (light mint green... reminds me of an old Swingline stapler) and Malibu Green. I want to try some fuchsia lipstick.. hopefully I can pull off such a cool colour! They're pretty generous with their samples if you're curious. Just say you want to see how it wears and I'm sure they'd pack up a little sample for you that would last a while. I've used some of their concealer samples for weeks, if not months! but I hear ya, once you find something that agrees with your skin, best to leave it be! I'll have to try that out. I imagine it would be cheaper than what I'm currently using!

How do you all feel about Pandora bracelets? I just got one and think that they are nice but a lot of people think they are tacky... Also what is the secret to perfect skin! I am breaking out like crazy these days despite cleansing, moisturizing and toning! I think they are outdated and tacky. That's just my opinion, but you asked. ;D Skin is a tricky thing. It's hard to dictate what you should do to help your skin, because everyone's skin is so different. The general agreement from almost everyone though is that you should drink a lot of water. Sometimes you just plain can't help it, like me. I've seen several dermatologists and they all say it's just my hormones and there's nothing I can really do to control it except Accutane. I can't take Accutane now because I'm moving around so much and it's a 5-6 month process that must be administered from the same doctor, but that's generally the last resort for anybody with mild to severe acne. So for now, I just stick it out. I was on birth control and it helped for a few months but after stress kicked in it didn't make a difference. I stopped the BC because I was convinced that it was causing me to gain weight. If you have consistent problems, I would really just recommend seeing a dermatologist. A good one will know what to do by looking at your skin and seeing your personal problems. I have found the secret to markedly improved skin (don't know whether perfection will follow from this regime): Benzac AC 2.5% (Benzoyl Peroxide) which i smear all over the face after cleansing and before moisturizing the face. That, combined with: Blackmores Bio Zinc which has Zinc (25mg), Vitamin A, Vitamin B6 among other nutrients. Seriosuly noticed a change after one tablet. Remarkable stuff! I do hope it lasts. There have been many studies that find zinc does a lot in repairing the skin and assisting with acne. And the added vitamin A is very helpful as vitamin A keeps the sebaceous (oiliness) levels of the skin down. This combination works well on my skin which has very mild breakouts, especially during that time of the month, and is combination oily. I don't know if it would work for more severe cases... but anyone with mild skin issues should give it a go!

Those links point to the same item. ;3
But I know what you're talking about. I'm sure they can manage to do that. It actually looks pretty simple and I just took less than 2 years of fashion design. I'm sure a professional can do it.

You're welcome Honestly, I would have replaced the inside piece with mesh too. It really is pretty ugly right now haha. We have similar tastes! From the monitor, the inside just looks like a t-shirt shape. I think the inside just has to be separated from the black bandages and the mesh be made into the same shape and stitched back inside. Since it will be all black, any mistakes made won't be noticeable either unless they mess up the fit. But they're professionals so that shouldn't happen.

LMAO Have you ever tried doing something really different and cool with your makeup and then you have someone ask "What happened to your face?" My dad just asked if I was having an allergic reaction after I tried to do the doe-eyed look with my liner. lol I give up, I can't do eye makeup.

Oh yes! I remember I tried the smokey eye once and someone asked me if I got beat up cause it looked like a bruise. And then another time I wore this pink shadow and someone asked me if I had an allergic reaction/eye irritation too! Never doing pink again and I still need practice on the smokey eye...
It's pretty funny since you didn't think it looks that bad.

Haha, f'reals. All those Youtube tutorials are either for round eyed complete double lids or Asian chicks with total monolids. I'm not either of those. I just have weird, big, half-slanted half double lidded eyes with bags underneath. Atop of that they arent even symmetrical so I just look weird whenever I try to do eye liner. I don't even bother doing eye shadow.

I can't really relate to the monolid tutorials or even the asian eye tutorials. However, I do watch them for pointers, but I don't follow the steps. Although my eyes are not quite as deep-set as white peoples' eyes, I can surprisingly do something decent with their videos. My eyes are round, big, heavily double-lidded, and I have no epicanthal fold. Maybe that's why. I can't relate to the asian hair tutorials either. For example, I cannot get my hair to curl for some reason and it looks so easy on Asian girls. My roommate, who was Asian did it and it was gorgeous and I've visited many asian beauty blogs and they look fantastic. But nope, never me. I don't think my eyes are 100% alike either. My right eye actually has a thicker double-lid than my left eye. Also, I have the bags under the eyes as well. I don't hate it though, I actually think it is common for EA girls to have those bags. Anna Tsuchiya definitely has them and I think Kristin Kreuk does too. On a side note, I thought KK was gorgeous when I first saw her, I knew she had something special about her (being EA...) but I couldn't put my finger on it. But then again I was very young and just didn't notice that stuff that much and my EAdar was very low. I'll have to say that my EAdar increased 10-fold when I met you guys here. Lol.

I'm going to start taking Vitamin A, hoping it makes a difference.

Or are they just teasing to death? My eyes are not the same, my fold doesn't go all the way on one eye, it's most prominent first thing in the morning. It's funny how that works, huh?
