10.40sec was my time when I first joined so that was before I knew any fundamentals. Coach called it raw power. Don't know my time from just before i quit. My all time best that I know of is 10.20sec. Average of about 10.25 ...somewhere around there. I was the best in my club...only lost once...unforunately that one loss took with it all my confidences. Now I don't have the drive I used to....funny...losses are suppose to make u thirst and hunger for revenge . My will power is gone . k sorry to revive this but u never responded initially. I'm calling bulls*** on this 10.2 second thing. 10.21 seconds is the olympic qualifying time for the 100m dash. if u were even doing 10.4 u'd be on the Canada national track team or already qualified for the olympics.

^^ Call it what you want.
I was offered a tryout for the national team, provincial team to be exact, not quite the same. Like I said before, I gave up before I even joined the provincial team. To be on the team you need will power, you need to love doing what you do, you need to be dedicated...I don't have that, for my own reasons. Like I said before when I lost I lost all determination to even continue. Yes that's very different from the normal reaction....but thats me. I never really enjoyed running (competition wise) I was only in it b/c of my dad. To him I was his "hope" and so I ran competitively for him. It was only a matter of time before I wanted out for good. Just b/c you're good at something doesn't mean you have to enjoy it.
If you still want to call it bulls*** then go right ahead, it's your prerogative. Who am I to argue when I gave it all up.

k no need for the sob story. im not trying to be heartless, why you gave it up is your business and fro mwhat it soudns like you werent doing it cause you liked it so thats fine. i'm only saying 10.2 soudns far fetched since you would be on the national team for that. and if you ran that 10.2 in any competition then u would have qualified for olympics then and there. i'm not saying you aren't good, i'm just syaing i thin kyour lying about that time. not to mention that would practically make you the fastest man in canada at the junior level and one of the top three in canada. and if that were true you definitely would have been more than just a provincial team member.
so yes, in summation. 10.2... reaks of bullsh*t. i could probably believe (and this is giving alot of credit) 10.4-10.6 which is what the Canadian Interuniversity NATIONAL CHAMPION Anthony Garber can run in 100m.
p.s. almost all trrack clubs, competitions, etc post there results and such on the net. maybe you can prove your time? i mean if u were i na club then u competed and therefore would probably have times up.

Hehe, they're a few weeks old. I usually wear a 6 or 6.5 but I think those are size 7. I was trying some low light photography, but err...ended up using the flash on that one anyway.
