NyQuil must really be messing with me because I dreamt that I was a male dwarf in a hospital and my liver was in serious trouble. I had a hard time breathing as well. Then I got a liver transplanet from a infant that passed away. In recovery I had doctors and nurses constantly poking at me. I had a family to, I think I was a teenage dwarf, my parents were dwarfs to but my siblings were all tall. It was so weird and not comforting at all. I didn't see or read anything relating to this so I have no idea why I would dream it. I have never dreamt anything like this before and I usually recall most dreams easily.

Haha wow, Cristobal! See I don't think I could ever have a dream about you because I can't put a face to the name. This isn't a dream, but, I was walking to the cafeteria and there was a table in front of the door with brochures for foreign exchanges students. It said "International Studies Abroad" on it, and in big letters it said: ISALOL

Man, Ian Wright from Globe Trekker was in my dream last night.
We were at a petrol station and his hair caught on fire. I tried to pat it out but it keep growing like lava. Then it ate half his scalp away!
AND...he didn't even realise! He basically died never realising his head was burning.
Poor Ian....

Hahaha! I might use that as an avatar sometime. Thanks, Cristobal I've actually been remembering my dreams lately.... I nearly forgot the one I had though because I woke up and panicked for the first time in a long time ......... I had no idea where I was or what time and why it was dark?! Haha, well I took at nap yesterday afternoon at 3pm..... I woke up at 10 pm... I was only supposed to sleep for an hour so when it was dark I thought.."WHOA!!?!?!?!!!" It's because I didn't sleep one wink last night trying to finish off uni work. Oh and then I went back to sleep and that is why I am posting at 7 am in the morning. Great. So, I was playing this game with a friend. We had to get a pack of tickets and when they called out the number we won stuff. My friend got our tickets and for some reason said: "these are absolute s***, why am I on your team anyway?" and I said " .... I dunno...... Don't be so pessimistic!! You don't even know what we got!" And the funny thing was we won nearly every single gift (mainly candy) which I gave to her. But ya that was it. Haha

Anyone here get lucid dreams and/or sleep paralysis? (I read through some older posts and saw that Lady Luck and Iver seem to get these.) Lucid dreaming can be interesting (to say the least) but for me I did not 'self-discover' it. A good friend of mine kept telling me about his lucid dreams and how great it was to control a dream as if it was your own reality (think Matrix) etc etc...He would go on about how I should look out for unnatural or inconsistent occurences in dreams to realize I was in a dream, and from there the limit is your imagination. Well, it works, but I am telling you I had some really horrible nightmares with that [And I hope by reading this, your subconscious mind does not unwillingly reprogram to notice your dreaming and begin having semi-conscious nightmares too ] Anyhoo, there was a night where I experienced both lucid dreaming and sleep paralysis..I was dreaming I was in a weird video game fighting on a big ship. I somehow fall in the water...but as I do, I noticed some 'clipping' in the terrain. (A gamer would know about this...where you stand to close to a wall or go underwater, and you can see through the wall or see perfectly underwater). So I realize I was in a dream and for some reason, I wanted to wake up. I try consciously waking up and ejecting myslef from the dream but I could not...I try my best not to panic and try to rationalize (haha) the situation. Next thing I know I was -really- conscious but I am in sleep paralysis. I had enough with the rationalizing and try my best to snap out of it. The best I could do was exhale and make a farting sound with my mouth and then my body jerks and I wake in a sweat. My sweet bro was in my room oblivious to my mental war and just looks pissed and says 'dude, c'mon..' thinking I had flatulence. So yeah...*beats subconscious out of my head*

^ How frightening?? My good friend at uni here gets sleep paralysis before she actually sleeps. Her body sleeps before her mind and sometimes her eyes are open........ That just freaks me out

I've had sleep paralysis before, it's very frightening. I was sleeping on my back and out of the corner of my eye I saw a shadowy figure walk by my bed but I couldn't move or scream or anything. I'm glad it hasn't happened to me too many times, but it's really awful.

I had a dream last night about my grandmother that passed. She wanted to tell me something but I refused to let her because I knew she was dead and didn't want to see her ghost because that would freak me out so bad. I woke up feeling really bad... not the first time I have had this dream.

^ I've had dreams like that. But it's often about me telling her how much I love her and I was sorry for all the times we fought, and then I'd wake up crying.
Last night I dreamt I was in a room with lots of people. Didn't recognise many of them. It seemed like a party and I was talking to some girl about my 'boyfriend' looking too much like me because he was EA and I felt like I was dating myself or a sibling. And yet again the SAME eaner who appeared in my dream some time ago was in my dream again. It's weird how many times I have dreamt about this person. Never goes well though.... He came into the room, looked at me, said something along the lines of "It's too bad you feel that way" and then left the room. But he wasn't my boyfriend I was talking about..

Recently...and by recently I mean every now and then over the past year...I've been having dreams, different each time, but all the same goal, which is to infiltrate my childhood home, which is more or less the same in most cases, but sometimes it is relocated down the block, or sometimes it is turned around backwards, then again once it was half-made of glass, and twice more it was there but it wasn't, which is about as well as I can explain it, even to myself, but in the dream it all makes some sort of sense, as it has only been 3 times, probably an inaccurate account, that I have successfully gotten inside, where it is always different from both how it was and how it is in each dream, which like I said have been occurring semi-regularly over the past year, or has it been more like 3, really? Maybe longer.
