I seriously doubt you'd have the patience for dumbass customers. You're not a flight attendant are you? You're on EAN too much to be one. ;D I used to want to be a flight attendant. But then I was too short to even be one... boo hoo. I've seen flight attendants around 5 feet tall so I don't think height should matter in getting hired. But it's a sucky life because you have very irregular hours and days off that constantly change.

I have been pretty good lately I get bouts of insomnia on and off and there are periods where I don't sleep for 2-3 days, a real nightmare and I hate it and thats when I have to take sleeping pills or I loose my mind but I have been pretty good now. I actually tracked my insomnia and seems to correlate to my menstrual cycle, sorry TMI My usual schedule is in bed by 2a.m. and up by 9-10a.m. sometimes if I can I will take a cat nap in the afternoon for 2-3 hours. I like to sleep ;D when I can Same schedule on weekends to although sometimes once in awhile I won't go to bed till 4a.m. but up by 10a.m. I have always been a night owl so even if there are times I have to get up super early I will still be up at 2a.m. when I should be in bed asleep by 11p.m. at least.

Sleep after Leno, or Conan. I seriously try not to miss Conan. Wake up: 7am or 8. Weekends: I loosen up a little 8:30 or 9:30. I don't like to waste the day away in bed.

My sleep pattern was really erratic for about 10 years (or since I was 12), I'd sleep 1 day - skip 2 etc. or more recently, the only time I'd get to sleep was if I'd knackered myself physically at work. Now because of my job/Uni hours I have to get up at 5.30 am regardless of whether I go to sleep at 11.30 pm or 4.45 am so my insomniac sleep pattern just wont suffice. Sleeping tablets are useless or addictive. Herbal remedies wise Valerian tincture is really effective for some people, but completely useless for myself (and others), recently tried combination of passiflora (passionflower) and simple reflexology on myself and although simple, I've found it to be really effective.

Yikes. I don't know how some of you survive on four hours of sleep. I'd be an absolute gorgon if I did that.
Generally speaking on weekdays I'm asleep by 11. Up around 645. I really need 10 good hours to feel fully rejuvenated, but going to bed at 9 when you're 20-something seems borderline pathetic.
Weekends - anything go. 11 - 7 am depending on where I am. Gotta make 'em count.

Time enough for sleep when I'm dead. As far as I'm concerned if I'm forced to waste 8hrs a day at work, I've got to squeeze as much as possible from my me-time, spending them unconscious is just a waste of life.

I usually head to bed around 9-11pm and wake up at exactly 5am on work days, on my days off i tend to stay up a little late like around 12-1am and wake up whenever then i go run. I really need a new job with better hours

I usually go to sleep about fifteen or twenty minutes later than the night before, but if I'm not asleep by noon, I'll just skip sleep and loop the days together.
