I took Sheryl Crow's advice and have stopped using toilet paper. My patients are a bit dismayed, and I might lose my job, but I don't care. It's just too important to be concerned about oneself in matters suxh as these. Alas, Sheryl was only kidding, but it's too late. I'm a handwiper now. www.abcnews.go.com/GMA/story?id=3071833&page=1

well, there's not much you can do. Wash your clothes in bigger bundles. Save trips by carpooling.
There are few public transportations in my town of 80,000 residents. I guess driving a Saturn is good?
I go to a "green" school that has its own clean natural gas burning power plant.
All this wouldn't be a problem if there was an emphasis put on nuclear power.

Do a search on Global Tech enviro technology if you're interested in saving the environment.

I don't do anything really....maybe catch the train to work instead of drive, but the environment is generally the last thing on my mind in day to day life. Is it really bad not to take an active interest in the environment, or is it more peer/media pressure making you feel kind of guilty? Its not like I go and try and rack up high electricity bills, I try to keep lights off in unnecessary rooms, got the front load washer (because I was sick of the top loader), got the water-saving shower heads (I think that this and the washer is more for water conservation) and always separate recyclables (just because the apartment block encourages it.)
