I heard they have sunlight machines that stimulate spring sunlight that is supposed to work. No clue how much it costs.

^That might be a pretty good idea. I do have seasonal depression, this may be a nice option. But it's probably really expensive.

Playstation, Xbox or Nintendo. Games are good for forgetting the world around. Great suggestions! Right now I have the case of the Winter sale blues. Winter sales are on, and I just don't have enough money (Really I do, I just don't wana spend so much) to buy everything I want. But shopping for winter clothes (especially when they are 50% off) helps me pass the time.

I'm thinking about taking vitamin D supplements this winter, and possibly beyond. Apparently we don't get nearly enough vitamin D on a regular basis (other than the summer if you spend enough time out with no sunscreen).

Nutritional advice is good, but without a computer and Internet I don't know how I would survive the winter at home?
