A coworker of mine brought a sweater to work that she knit herself. It was so exquisitely made. Now, I want to try my hand at it so I can make some of my own clothes. The only problem is knitting seems to be too girly. :-(

Is anyone here into sewing? I think it's something I want to get into, but I need some info. I've got some ideas for original items of clothing and outdoor/military gear, including some I think could actually be marketable. I'd also like to design my own clothing in order to create a unique style for myself and save money (the raw materials seem so cheap).

My first ever attempt at rotoscoping. I'm not very good at colouring in/shading, etc., so I was pretty proud of myself for this. Mike Shinoda: Original:

Looks like a pretty good attempt to me. How about this as an idea, use the same photo, add some other objects in the foreground and paint it using the same color/tonal values of the photo so it 'fits' in with the lighting; a doremon doll or something else equally daft

Thanks, Maow and Phil. Maow, that's quite a challenge you've set there.
