Funny, now that you mention it, I remember when my dad was stationed out at Fort Carson, CO there were at least two EA kids that I knew (Stephen and Cecil) -- parents who were friends of my mom and dad (asian mom, white military dad).
Really hadn't thought about them in a long while...

Part of my family is in Omaha, Nebraska. I've never met many of them, but my Dad says they're a lot like him. Which would be... crazy, I guess. Kooky sense of humor. All Scandis, like many people in Nebraska/Minnesota/etc.. I don't know if there's a culture per se, but some similarly crazy celebrities seem to come from there, I know that. Marlon Brando, Johnny Carson, Nick Nolte.. There's one show on public radio/NPR though that I would say is very "Midwest". That's Prairie Home Companion, with Garrison Keilor. Places like Fargo are also Scandi/Midwest, so maybe watching the movie Fargo gives an idea too. The Scandis are all up in the Dakotas and Minnesnowta, where they talk like elves. Most Nebraskans are either German or Czech. We have the largest Czech population outside the mother country, which is why I am minoring in it here at the U of Nebraska. And yes, Johnny Carson is perhaps Nebraska's biggest pride (next to Tom Osbourne, but that's an entirely different story). Our school's theater is named after Carson.

I prefer Eurasian guys, but I'm pretty open on that front. It's more important that he be from a similar culture and lifestyle as me. What culture is that? Registering your mullet with the U.S. Department of Fish and Wildlife? Any man that would do that for me is the man I am going to marry and spend the rest of my life with.

It takes a special person to master the regality and upkeep of a mullet.

It takes a special person to master the regality and upkeep of a mullet. I chopped off my mullet just this week. I can't claim to have mastered its upkeep though - especially as I chopped it off! A mullet's a good thing. Not for knocking. Alas, mine wasn't properly cultivated. More a case of laziness - I just let it grow, but it was definitely much longer at the back than at the front!

if this site was indication, it'd seem that there are many EA's in toronto just like australia (seems to be a lot from either).

The idea of dating/marrying EA is nice, but I'd argue its already so tough to find someone who has the same values/core beliefs (and other basic relationship pre-condns), why add race and make "perfect happiness/bliss" impossible?

Its not so much impossible.. more highly highly improbable. Wouldnt recommend seeking out 'the perfect eurasian s.o.' but i guess if you do meet someone who matches that profile count yourself as very very lucky.
I've dated a couple EA guys and they were great.. but no spark. Meh.

I find it interesting that when the topic of my background comes up, the question of whether my boyfriend is also the same mix as me comes up also.... I can't participate in the poll as the options are rather limited....but sure, I'd date EA, white, or Asian if the opportunity presented itself

I think yongfook is the equivalent to 'other' on that poll so thats another possible option
