This thread wins, but the name of said thread is quite misleading to the real point of this thread. If I was a mod, I would fix that.

Does anyone here actually have the powers to promote a member to moderator status, change features of the forum, install new things etc?
I ask because this forum has never had any form of update in the time I've been here.
From what I gather, the admin/boss Iris van Kerckhove was the only one who could, but has left the site permanently in the hands of the moderators in Zoff, Kyu-Ree and Shugi.
Is this right?

Mods have as much control over the board as the administrator has allocated. However, only the admin can give someone the power of mod.

Yeah what I meant was that she was the admin and hence the only person who could do these things, but doesn't come to this site anymore, and has left the supervision to moderators in yourself, Kyu-Ree and Shugi. Thus, no one (apart from her, but she doesn't come here) can update the forum.
