hahaha what a ridiculous thread Is it? I mean, don't some EA women, at least subconsciously, seek to mate with white men to ensure that their offsprings have more white physical features than Asian features. Or, at least, minimze their Asian features. Some EA women like asian guys, especially if they were raised in an asian society.. Which makes the whole generalization of 'seeking out a white mate' rather moot. I also take it that you've never seen a pic of robyn's boyfriend.

Some women of every race have a fascination with other races. Some Black women have a fascination with Asian looks, some Greeks are fascinated with the Nordic look. So, of course, some EAs will be fascinated with White looks...or Hispanic looks....or African looks...etc. Saying "some EA" people do x, y, or z, is just inflammatory. Of *course* SOME do. What do you think is the motivation behind this "questioning" or "observation" anyway? I think these were old dialogues from a few years ago that maybe aren't so vocally expressed now for newer members - which is a pity. There were some interesting discussions. EAO was bridging that time gap. I also agree with you in that it can be very inflammatory if not couched in proper context. I haven't been here for awhile either so I'm not sure what happened these past months. It's good to see other new members interested. For the most part, it was also my observation that a lot of members (representing the ea community internationally - this is also arguable of course) leaned more heavily towards caucasian preferences without consciously being aware of it. Nothing wrong with that. However, some are more aware of it than others. It was also pointed out that this is, after all, an english-speaking forum, with most members stationed either in english-speaking countries or are more influenced by english-speaking or european language/culture. EAO is not eurasian. Neither are a couple of others who continue to post here. We might be cautious in prohibiting non-eas in posting their comments. I have also made an argument that the eurasian experience is strikingly similar to that of immigrants or second/third/and so on generations from immigrant families. This is a large reason why I also support other non-genetically mixed voices on ean. Any hyphenated identity may be subject to the same questions or observations of an ea. If there are others, I would hope they are also welcome, within reason and in consideration of their post-content. And then of course, there are many who technically fall in this category and don't care, or don't bother. This too is not wrong. I hope this helps.

I do not agree with EAO's comment in the other thread. It is inflammatory and EAO was welcomed to explain his view but chose not to. This seems disrespectful to current members not particularly because of the content, but because any valid inquiry was brushed aside. It doesn't foster any honest, constructive discussions. To be fair, your response to his comment was not neutral also.
Also, I don't think bringing the contents of a separate thread into the "dialogue" of another helps. The comment made here in this thread did not seem inflammatory and I fail to see how there were any attacks made on Robyn's person or her boyfriend.

Where do I suggest we talk about Robyn or her boyfriend? My suggestion was to DE-personalize the discussion

But it is not wrong to call out on it either, is it? I hope my future kids can make big turds. I feel that people who make rabbit sized turds are inferior.

OMG this thread is so racist! Racism is a common theme on EAN. Welcome!

I think preferences are individual. I think its common for EAs from Scandinavia to choose both white or exotic looking men with dark traits (eyes, haircolour) who might be a foreigner or just a darker looking Scandinavian. This is what Ive seen with EAs anyway, and I dont know of any of them who have chosen Asians yet!
