I was born and raised in Australia, I speak complete Aussie, grew up with Aussies, hang out with Aussies, taught in Aussie education. mate, what school you at? coz we dont speak aussie, we speak english in sydney

Yes, I've noticed Sydney is much more diverse then Perth, back in Perth there was only one accent - Aussie, which I grew up with. Over the phone you'll never guess that I'm not Anglo due to this. However, in Sydney, heh Aussies speak English, and play rugby more then they do AFL!!!! And don't serve hot + spicy in KFC in Sydney!!!! And every Aussie has at least a Lebanese friend as well as a Vietnamese friend. Interesting place lol
Everyone pretty much embraced FOBs in Sydney, I like it, though to be honest it's kinda imbalanced culturally here, it still would be nice to see more of an true-blue Aussie culture vibrant in Sydney like back in Perth. The beaches are nice but nothing compared to Scarborough back at Perth. The Aussies are cool but hell they are way too strict/hard-working trying to compete with the FOBs who always tend to secure good jobs. I miss the laid back Aussies back in Perth.
