I cought myself being interested in a guy mostly because of his cool name ^_^' While dating it seemed as if I was more attracted to his name than to the guy himself... His name is Zheng Zhang

Why is Zheng Zhang an exciting name? I dread to think how you'd react if you went to China!

well I don't think so anymore, but I don't remember why I did at that time... maybe because I thought it was cooler than norwegian names

Hmm....I do very much agree that people in Hong Kong have strange English names ;o I know people named "Silver", "Strawberry", and "Sky" lol. Queenie is a funny name to me too, but it happens to be my distant Chinese cousin's name lawl. Hong Kong celebs also tend to have names that make me wonder where they got it from lol. I don't watch the dramas since I don't understand Chinese so well, but people have told me that a celeb was named "Kingdom". I was like hmmm...wow..how original! I think the name Bobo is relatively common in HK as well...but I think it sounds funny..it's definitely not something I would name my daughter. I would guess that they do in fact pick names out of the dictionary or maybe they are trying to be original

The name, Fanny, is common in HK and China.
I suppose in the States, our Fanny could otherwise be known as Backside or Buttocks. Some of you may not know that in the UK, 'fanny' has a different meaning. Here, she'd be known as Vagina, or perhaps Minge.

Wow worst name ever seen and I know a guy name Kanon Nixon (like in Canon and Nikon DSLRs!). How can you relate to anyone normal with such an impersonal name. (Loved the fail on Sup-A-rman, that and the attempt to stylize his last name as arabic (bin meaning the son of) LMFAO...)

Why not. It doesn't makes sense at all if names are the basis in having a friend.
