The first shot seems set up... certainly not the ending though... hahaha.

Toyomansi, yes, Alpha sent you a good link for an explanation. It stemmed from video game nerd speak... negative connotation not meant-- I enjoy vg's myself.

It's upsetting that the term "pwned" feels dated. I don't follow. Once a term is acceptably inducted into society, albeit slang (minus phrasings like "Bennifer") as well as lacking attachment to a specific dated event, how's it dated? Do you, in actuality mean it upsets you that you feel it dates you in some way? Regardless, here's another:
