Children are commonly used as weapons in relationship, including me during my own youth in which to this day I despise my own stupidity and quite simply age is no excuse for me.

^ The mental department isn't up to scratch I'm afraid, hence we can't support the imposement of such a system despite the fact that I do agree with such philosophy. Under the current system, if I picked my recent shrink, he would go "I'm ready". If I picked any other shrink, he/she would go 'The father is psychologically unstable".
Which category do you think I fall under?

What do you think of the case with the doctor wanting his kidney back? Personally I don't know either parties but if he's telling the truth that his wife has been dragging the case and especially not letting him see the children as agreed then I don't blame him. Using children as a weapon is so evil. I've spoken to some men who's exes put false protective orders on them to prevent them from seeing their kids or at least limit it to their liking. The courts can be very cruel and both parties can possess the gift of manipulation causing one or both to use all sorts of mental abuse methods. If this case has been going on for years, the man is desperate and the courts, lawyers, other party and your own spirit do put you into a state of submission and powerlessnes that you do become a desperate pathetic entity ripped of trust and smiles possibly causing you do things that hurt yourself and others because you feel no one cares nor listens and all over are afraid of the unknown. I don't know maybe one party is abusive maybe both but it's sad. They guy doesn't want his kidney back, he just filed a ridiculous motion to try and get his wife to hurry up and settle the case. He donated a kidney, she later cheated, they are divorcing and it's messy. The kidney request was just grandstanding, and they were asking for compensation "in lieu of" the kidney (which they knew they would never get). Any time it's "not about the money", it usually is. Meanwhile, google "kidney" and (for me in the US) it's my first result.
