Noomi Rapace (The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, The Girl Who Played with Fire, The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest.... and actress of the Larsson series) kinda looks EA to me... but she's of Spanish-gypsy and Swedish descent. No Asian. I think she's really beautiful, she has the cheekbones and dark features of someone who could pass as a Eurasian.  |

It's funny how every now and again, you see a 100% caucasian/white/European person in entertainment who comes across as part Asian, or mixed. I thought I had a very accurate EAdar, but gee, when it comes to these people, they totally fooled it. Like for instance - Catherine Zeta Jones  It's her eyes that make her look EA (quite oriental looking), among other aspects. I find it hard to believe she's just Welsh, but that's all she says she is. There have been a lot of questions tossed around about her heritage. She's sometimes cast into 'ethnic' roles, and a lot of people assumed she must've been hispanic after Zorro. People would come up to her and start speaking in Spanish, and of course she didn't know a thing (God, I can relate to that...  Joseph Gordon-Levitt  I watched 10 Things I Hate About You when he played that schoolboy character, and instantly thought, "he's Eurasian!" but I looked him up on IMDB and I was WRONG! He's Jewish. Justin Long  Oh my God, he looks like my brother! And with a surname 'Long', wouldn't you assume he had one Asian parent? At least? But no, he's completely white American. Miranda Cosgrove  She's not even mixed, yet people comment on how she looks part Asian all the time. Well, she DID play the part of the young Lana Lang, and Kruek *IS* EA.... Kevin Jonas  He is some member of some Disney pop-rock band. Just look at those eyes! And his hair! Yet he's completely Euro - with some Italian heritage from his mother's side. Would you believe it... My explanation to why they look EA: the Jonas Brothers: they have Cherokee ancestry on their mother's side. Joe looks the most "Asian" out of his bros Miranda Cosgrove: has Russian in her... there is a possibility that it includes Tatar or Siberian indigenous groups. Joseph Gordon-Levitt: Russian-Jewish ancestry. Again, he may have distant Tatar in him |

My boyfriend looks like Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Dennis Oh (mixed Korean/American guy) put together. He has Joseph Gordon-Levitt's small face and face shape while he has a little more of Dennis Oh's features.
It's amazing how Joseph Gordon-Levitt is not mixed. He REALLY looks mixed to me. I was so so surprised to find out when he isn't when I watched "500 Days of Summer"! Catherine Zeta-Jones does look Eurasian as well or Hispanic. Not the pure white (Welsh) she is!
Strange I always thought Miranda Cosgrove was mixed? She certainly looks it. I have no idea where I read that she was part Chinese, but now I looked her up and people say she has no Asian in her.

People seem to forget/ just dont know that some European populations have some (very old) Asian/Siberian ancestry in them.
Sami people have about 50% Asian ancestry, Hungarians have 15% and Finns have 10%.
