Hit: had a lovely long lie in today. Sh*t: getting up so late (noon) is going to make going to sleep at a decent time tonight really difficult, and I have to start work at 06:30 tomorrow. Damn!

Hmm, but having said that, here's my 'daily thought'. And this is only because school was mentioned. Everyone has the right to an education (or so the UN declare), and because the vast majority of humans do not, then students in developed countries should value their education all the more. Hell, the only reason why I have mine is down to the longitude and latitude of where I was born. So I can get a little annoyed at students who complain about waking up too early to attend classes etc. So what? It bloody well beats working as a child street hawker because both their parents are dead. A little out of left field, but 'that really grinds my gears' as Peter Griffin would say.

sh!t: really miserable day. cold, rainy and windy. hit: friends dropped by an we enjoyed some delicious tea (including the strawberry honey tea I got from helen at xmas!)

hit:had a good chat session with my little four year old nephew,and then his mom who's my best friend. sh*t:it's 100 degrees (almost 38 for you non-yanks) out today and i got to stand around in the sun watching kids who wanted to be inside too.i HATE summer weather.

Sh*t: getting a reminder/cut-off notice on my water bill - I'm pretty sure i paid it last month.. gahh. it's only equiv USD3, so I'll just pay it again.

I bought too much!! around 6 perfumes (i'm going to give away 2 as pressies... i think). and then discovered the mall is pretty much a designer outlet for lots of brands. dangerous!
