I selected 1-2 days. On a 48 hour Chinese train journey - the toilet was blocked, I was traveling alone and I had a highly coveted seat. I had less than half a pack of Oreos during the whole journey, and a 500cl bottle of water.
I got so constipated, and when I eventually managed to evacuate the bowels, it was like black sludge. Never again.
Generally speaking though, there's something going in my gob every 20 minutes. Come on everyone - we stuff our faces all the time, whether is coffee, tea, chewing gum or whatever. We are obsessed with consumption. Or am I wrong?

First off, ew...gross.
Second, I hear it's better to eat numerous, small meals throughout the day rather than gorge (like I do). There's something satisfying about consuming to your breaking point, though. *nom* *nom* *nom*

I've gone over a day, but never longer than that. Crazy work hours mixed with a long commute and being dead tired contribute to my poor eating habits.
