As some of you already know I moved a lot during my life, not staying at the same place more than a few years sometimes months and that taught me not to grow too attached to things or people but I disgress.
Something that happened to me quite often over the years has been bumping into former acquaintances years later, surprisingly they always seemed to remember immediatly who I was while I could hardly recall who they were most of the time. How they could do that was a complete mystery until one day I asked how they managed. The answer I was given is that my face was so characteristic, it was difficult to forget. Come to think of it, I've seen some people's carbon copies but never a single person looking anything like me, not even here. EAs have such a variety of features, very few of us really look alike.
Do you think our ambigous looks could spark a special interest in some people or intimidate others?

More than the absolute uniqueness of our set of features as individuals what sets us apart is that most of us live in areas majoritarily populated by monoracials whether Caucasian or Asian therefore we quickly appear as different.
I wonder what it would be like if we lived in Hawaii, would we think of an Eurasian as just another dude/gal?

Don't worry they were not. I know a few other EAs who told me their teachers or friends would remember them too.

My Resident Advisor at my college thought I was from Hawaii Lol. *I was caught having a trashy room by one of the staff people so I was going to get fined.....but......* Him: "I know that since you from Hawaii and all, things can get wild." Me: "Huh? Hawaii?" He was like, "Didn't you say you were from Hawaii or something?" Me: "No, I'm from Chicago......" I wanted to asked him why he would think that but I kind of knew the answer, so I didn't bother. Anyways, I've been told that I look like "a certain movie star or celebrity." But people can't put their finger on it. And I've noticed that people ALWAYS remember me (sometimes I wish they didn't.) I tend to remember EA faces very well, they just catch more of my attention. No offense to African faces...but I tend to be very weak at remember them. I still can't tell between this black guy and his friends and I always mistaken them for one another.
