Not true at all, my man. At the day care center I work at, I see a lot of very attractive parents bring in their ugly children (and vice versa). And I'm pretty sure some of these kids will never be able to outgrow their ugliness. There was a baby in my room who looked like a dog skeleton and her parents are both very beautiful in the face. Sounds mean, but now you know what the day care staff are talking about when you leave.

Yep, it's the grandparents that can complain, since they are little more removed from the situation:

Screw that, if I have a funny looking kid I'm calling him/her out on it. No need to worry about that, though, because I don't really plan on having children. I feel that just about everyone has the potential to look good if they stay healthy and in good shape. Some extraordinary folks look good no matter the shape they're in. There are exceptions to this rule, of course, like Danny DeVito's daughter.

Sorry, sorry, can't help myself sometimes, I'm sure she's got a great personality.

My cousin had a child awhile back and everyone said it looked like me. I wasn't sure if I agreed with that, but I went along with it so as not to hurt any feelings. One night, in a drunken stupor the grandfather let slip that the baby looked like it had Down Syndrome. I thought it was funny as hell, but the grandmother and mother didn't. Still smile a little on the inside when I think about it.

Ohh yes, turns out the kid was a downer.

People who obsess over the body are usually the ones with the unattractive faces. Probably working on the body to compensate for the ugly face.

I don't necessarily mean athletic, because for most people it's enough to just be healthy. Eat well and all, stay somewhat active-that's all easy. Wouldn't necessarily consider that obsessing.

I see obsession everyday, but it's far from healthy. Whether it's the muscle-bound oaf at the gym or the girl with an eating disorder, if looking good is the desire, these have the opposite effect.

My bro is Black/Asian/Euro (like me), his wife is arab (moroccan).

The first daughter when bor looked totally Arab and East Asian, but now that she is older ppl says she looks totally arab, w/ thick black hair (very pretty kid).

The 2nd daughter looks lie a mixture between Arab and black.

The youngest daughter ppl say looks like a light skinned black kid, or someon who is half Euro half black (but the black side shows more), and they say they can't find any arab (the mum has a distinctive middle eastern look)/ east asian in her looks at all.... though they say she looks just like my mum, who is said to have pretty noticeable east asian bone structure...so...go figure. :?

geez. I'm hoping for a brangelina style family although at the rate I'm going there will only be an angelina at the head of the household.

So who knows? So long as they're healthy and happy.....and that's if I ever have children/adopt.

All the Half Scandinavian/Half Vietnamese people I know that had 1/4 asian-3/4 scandinavian kids, have kids that look almost 100% scandinavian for some reason... One kid is very light with red hair and blue eyes, but there is a LITTLE bit of asian in him, like the shape of his face. But one wouldnt associate it with asian if one didnt know his background.

I would love to have EA looking kids, or that they have something exotic in them. But we will see. Currently have a blond green eyed boyfriend, so genetically speaking almost all possibilities are there, except for dark skin cause Im quite light skinned for EA:P And I love surprises:D

Well I'm full white British/Australian. All i can say is in the far future, when I find someone, my children are going to look a bit Asian! Hehehe
