I put my pants on just like the rest of you -- one leg at a time. Except, once my pants are on, I make gold posts.

I was actually thinking something along the lines of a 'strange habits' thread.

I don't think he's going to want me back. I'm seriously in the mad stage of breakups right now and I'm thinking why is he like this? It's like I'm sorry IF I made you think about your unhappy childhood, but it was an accident and you shouldn't let it get to you. I told him I'm always there for him and that the past doesn't matter anymore. And it was only 1 time that I said it..I said sorry and I practically begged before (which I heard is wrong to do if you want your ex back, but I did it already so...) If he really loved me, he wouldn't have me suffer like this.
I might as well be dead right now since we've never cut contact for this long before (been 1 1/2 weeks). Yet he still hasn't checked up on me.

^ He really likes my cookies and my rice cakes. But I doubt those will change him. He told me that he'll never change his stubborn ways, I accepted it, but he still thinks I'm trying to change him. I don't know...I'm trying not to think of him now, but he is still in my mind because I have so many unanswered questions. He just cannot let me go like this and I can't either until I understand.

It's good to be a least a little sensitive, but what you described is kind of ridiculous. Look how much pain he caused you over a little statement, and one with good intentions at that. If you yelled at him, "What do you know about love?! You had a horrible childhood!" That would be one thing, but this? That's much, much too sensitive. That's weak. Everyone's got a past and life doesn't get easier, we get stronger. Or at least, we're supposed to.

I read back a bit, I thought he left because you told him that you'd always be there and the past didn't matter. Still, asking someone if they want to split up is a perfectly reasonable question to someone who's ignoring everything you say and shouting at you. So he doesn't get along with his family, does he take it out on them as well, or does he just stew over it and take it all out on you? The question is moot, seeing as both situations are inexcusable. Don't spend your youth as a scapegoat, Hype.

I totally have an iTunes playlist called "s*** to Wallow To".
Dammit, putts, Breezin' makes me think of Feels So Good -- which I'm always going to have f***ed up memories about.
