Next to a hospital on the sidewalk, I saw a scruffy young man in a wheelchair. He was rocking back and forth and looked to be in pain. He said he needs $6 for a 1-day supply of nerve pain medicine. I gave him $2. If he was an actor, he was very good at it. Was he real or is this some new fashion of scam? I know that the "deaf" people who pass around donation cards are scams.

As a semi-professional (gentleman) con artist, I would say yes, that's just my opinion. Also before anyone starts complaining saying "get him banned he's a con artist" I did say "gentleman" con artist, I ALWAYS give back the items I've conned, and I always tell the victim what happened, and how they can avoid it happening again.
