Half Italian -Half Filiphina Learco Chindamo killed (stabbed to death) a school head master for almost no reason when he was 15 and was to be deported to Italy after his sentence finishes (soon). The courts have changed their mind because he has lived in the UK since 6 years old and can't speak Italian, and it is according to his Human Rights (says his lawyer). Most people upholding the view of his staying do so on technical terms (human rights/right of judicial terms) or believe he has been rehabilitated and could benefit society. Others believe murder is so heinous that he has forfeited his human rights and deserves to be deported (bearing in mind Italy is no third world wasteland either). Disappointed that he is a half Italian and half Filpino EA.
Also have to feel for any innocent victim of a crime such as the one he committed.

agreed....still sitting on the fence on rehabilitation.... on the one hand some are rehabilitated - but then others reoffend.... mind, i like to believe human beings can be rehabilitated and perhaps redeemed... put it this way - i wouldn't want to be in the position of deciding who is and isn't.... as for the french pedophile who reoffended a few days after his release - i think he looks quite white but what do i know......i don't live in france anymore so i'm not getting a flood of info on him, either.... peace |

I don't see why anyone should takes these cases that personally. If some English guy went out and killed people i wouldn't feel as if it looked badly on myself and other english people.
And how anyone can draw the conclusion that EAs are more prone to violence from 2 cases....ridiculous. There are more EAs in the world than there are people in London and i can say there are more than 2 cases of rape/murder/child pornography in London each day.
It's similar to this made in China thing, i can google recalls in the UK right now and i can probably quite easily find 100+ products that are currently getting recalled.
