The first thought I had was Universal Soldiers.....Jean Claude van Damage FTW My next thought was....I can't figure out why anyone is surprised. It's the next logical step after Dolly. Yeah, everybody WISHES science could reign itself in, but history teaches us it never will. The quest to DO is too strong, even if you don't like what comes out of Pandora's box.

What are your thoughts and opinions Zoff?
- I'm just worried that spliced super-studs may make ordinary natural dudes like us obsolete sometime in our lifetime.

By then, we'll be really old, and not competing with said super-studs. Pity your grandkids, though. Unless you get on the ball and get them signed up for gene therapy.

He's terrific, he's magnifique, he's the greatest secret agent in the world.
Danger mouse, powerhouse!
He's the fastest, he's the quickest, he's the best!

I mouse that fights crime. Who gives a rats arse about a mouse who can run...
Until the day super mouse too can fight crime (possibly too with a bumbling sidekick hamster), Danger Mouse is by far the best.

I think it's an exciting step. I'm not worried about my obsolescence. If these kind of techniques were used to enhance people and they ended up being better than me, so what? I would be selfish to condemn a technology that could be very beneficial to many, simply because it could reduce my marketability ;D I suppose you're right, if it led to the creation of a world full of super-babes it would totally be worth it.

I reckon Banana Man would teach Danger Mouse a lesson or two: Appleman over Bananaman any day! ^ Super Ted also. His sidekick, Spotty = walking dildo
