SLee, You are showing pics of women in the entertainment industry but my experience is that Indian mixes generally look mixed. Ben Kingsley and Jimi Mistry are both 50% and have acted as Indians (in Ghandi and Guru). I am not sure if one of your stars is not 1/4 Indian (if it is that girl who posed for Tombraider). There is an article showing everyday Indian mixes at www.khabar.com/jsp/article.jsp?sessionid=nikgqal75nQ2ei6ZBStlfFMyFAU&tempid=1153354123990126425&_articleid=922 . There are many Indians who may appear Italian, Arabic or Greek because when you compare a billion Indians with a billion caucasians there is always some overlap. Some Eastern Europeans look part Mongolian and If I put up a picture of a half Mongolian/ half Caucasian, my South Indian husband may find that she looks Eastern Europe but in general she wont appear European to most Europeans. My kids seldom pass for Indians or whites. Though I have been told they would fit nicely into Puerto Rico.

One of the strangest things about being of this mix is that you are pale and mixed looking for most of the year, but during summer, you get much darker, for me, I go orange and burnt looking. Just wondering, if there is anybody who is of this particular mix, like myself and has MSN then private message me, I'd love to chat.

East Indians and Whites are both caucasian, thus if they mate their offspring will often look white compared to people who are "really" racially mixed.

I don't think NJ looks like a mulatto at all. She has very caucasian features, despite her slightly darker skin tone.
The term eurasian was originally coined to refer to half-Indians half-British, which ironically are not truly of different races. Fortunately, the word has evolved to be more anthropologically accurate in reference to "us".

^ okay, so I have only known/know two indian-white mixes.
One I thought was a slightly more "whiter" looking indian (which you can get)...
the other I thought was mixed.
Neither looked 100% anglo-saxon white.
Personally the odds of looking 100%, or near to, for an indian-white mix may be slightly higher than for a SEasian-white mix in terms of features..but in terms of colouring, often the indian side shows up.

Are you half Indian? You don't look it. Indians usually don't have epicanthic folds, which you and you brother clearly have. You guys look Mexican. (no offense)

I wasn't implying you had down syndrome. I'm saying that epicanthic folds are the reasons why asians are said to have "squinty eyes".

Practically all the half indians i've seen look totally white. They always blend in with the white population in Canada and thats because their indian side is northwest indian.
