I don't really get stared at in Japan, I guess that's a good thing. I thought I could pass in Japan since Japanese tourists in Hawaii have occasionally mistaken me for pure Jap. But I when went there in 96..I felt a little self-conscious and I noticed a few stares on subways, etc. even when I was silent (not speaking English). I can just imagine how blacks or blondes must feel in rural parts of Japan. But maybe I just had my fly open or something?? Hmmmmmmm..... ;D |

i really want to go to japan.. i am curious to know how i'm "accepted" or viewed there. i think everyone would just be in shock cause i'm so damn tall.  |

There is nothing wrong w/ being an Amazon woman. ;)Amazons from Greek Mythology were supposed to be quite beautiful....it was just they were mostly around 6 feet tall and could kick your ass!! Plus they would chop off their right breasts so they could shoot a bow and arrow better.......but I digress......  |

Banana.....I want to know how you would WANT to look or how you would want people to see you as if you had a choice....and why. Sog.......it is the opposite for me....I could see my own avatar here....but not the other site. Now I can see it at both because I am using the same source. That's why it's sooo big at the other site right now. I still can't see yours at either. This stuff sucks!!  Well, I guess if I were to change the way I look...I'm not quite sure how I'd specifically change myself, but I'd probably want to appear in such a way that would be some sort of universal reflection of who I am. Since I'm mixed, I guess I'd want to have a blatantly mixed look, so that most people of all races would be able to identify me as that. |

i finally decided to vote 'other' cause w/ my colouring/facial features i don't really look white at all.. but i definitely don't look asian.. and people can usually pick out the italian, but have no clue what my other half is.
so yeah.
