out of the three sets of feet, xandra's are the least veiny and the toes of her shoes are the least scraped up. they're all Le Chateau shoes, which aren't really known for being the best quality. I barely wear mine so they were in much better condition than my friends. As for our feet.... it could just be that they wear heels too often!

finally AusThai s espadrilles !!!!!!!!!!! ;D they re gorgeous ! my sis would kill for them !!! are they actual Burberrys ? they look genuine....^^ i just love shoes.....i just realized what a shoe-addict i was when going thru all the pics again thinking : " i d wear these...those are cute but not really my style...aaah ! gorgeous ! " @michelle : why thank you Michellllllllllllllllllllllllllle !!!!! OOOO ! same style you re saying ?? ^^ care to post pics of your shoes ? ;D ? PS : EANers are so stylish ^^ Yes they are authentic. Recently, Seattle got some Outlet shops which are called Seattle Outlets but it's in Tulalip an Indian reserve/casino and Burberry is one of the higher end stores. The Indian reserve is betting that you'll go to their casino, and spend your winnings on clothes etc. Back to the shoes, I was surprised they fit b/c all their shoes are so incredibly narrow. Here's another pic

I was eyeing these for a while. Finally just picked them up. I like the pink/black combo: Got around to finding a pair of the ever trendy ballerina flats as well. I like these. They're velvety. These are probably the 'dressiest' shoes I own, not counting some boots. Which is kind of sad. I really need to step up my shoe collection a bit. For the most part you will catch me in sneakers.

how can you think about buying shoes like that when it's so DAMN cold?
the first ones make you look like you have VERY short toes, but the the last ones dispel that myth.

Actually in New York the weather has been oddly scattered. It was around 55/60 the other day; people were walking around in flipflops. Spring's practically around the corner - they'll get worn eventually.

Thanks, Alex For some reason, I really like how these things lace up in the back. Definitely not the most practical design (what heels are?), but... I like. I saw the most ridiculous thing on TV when I was at the gym the other day: It was one of those morning shows and the hosts were doing a bit on this new 'exercise' (and I use that word lightly) trend that is becoming all the rage. This woman is teaching an exercise class for women in stilettos. So basically, she jaunts 10 steps and jaunts back and her flock of women have to follow. Bizarre. I can't believe she's making money off of that. I saw a guy wearing these crazy stilettos at a coffee shop today - I have a feeling this exercise trend may catch on with the guys here in the village.

On the contrary, I think that's quite genius.
If you've ever walked in heels, you'd know that it's quite a workout for the calves and strengthens the ankles. Albeit, it'd be very weird to see a man wearing stilettos

Wow everyone has nice shoes. I've got one pair and they are falling apart literally. My friend is threatening to drag me to the store to buy a new pair. She even offered to pay for them. But I love my shoes... holes and all. I've had them for years. I can't just throw them away. lol...

Albeit, it'd be very weird to see a man wearing stilettos Yes, but the reason so many women have problems with their feet later on in life is due to overwearing heels. Feet weren't really meant to wear shoes like that - but we do anyway because we like the way it looks. In my opinion exercise should be done wearing sneakers. But to each, their own.

Nikki has a point-i've been wearing heels so long and so frequently that my achiles tendon is actually shorter than it should be,and aches like hell when i wear flats for too long.
