If you don't go on EAN too frequently, you think less about the EA and Race stuff. And believe me, its like a huge weight is lifted off your shoulders. Until you move to Boganville. Why? Do you prefer to hang out with people of your own race?

I love EAN. And by EAN I mean all of you aswell as the space. Who knows if I'd have started that mixed people student group if not for all the great discussions I was engaged in here. And not to mention all the great, fun and funny people I've met. I don't think we focus on race too much here. Take some of our threads for instance. They have nothing to do with race. And for the times that one does want to speak about issues regarding our reality as Eurasians we got a way! Others can just walk out on the street and talk to the next person they meet and they can say 'we are the same people.' But our reality isnt as convenient so we got EAN. Why not.

I've been lurking on this forum for awhile and noticed that people on here are more obsessed with race than on Stormfront (look it up). Maybe it's because most of us have been deprived of racial identity for most of our lives. Or maybe since we're so rare in most places, we expect people on here to be more likely to have something in common with ourselves. As far as I can tell, we come from a variety of places and cultures and really don't have a whole lot in common aside from the usual stuff about being considered a curiosity by those around us.

It's more than curiosity, it's called racism.

It's more than curiosity, it's called racism. Sometimes, yes.

Isnt it just like an interest group? Like if youre in a mother to be group or just any kind of group sharing interests...
