I can't sleep on a full stomach at all. An empty stomach can be difficult for me too, I won't fall asleep right away, but at least I will fall asleep. On a full stomach there's no chance of that. Of course, I'm an insomniac, so maybe this is irrelevant since I hardly ever sleep a decent night. But anyway...you?

Full - will definitely fall asleep (After stuffing myself on Xmas lunch, always time for an afternoon nap!) Empty - generally out of energy anyway so just collapse.

I can sleep on a full stomach, but if it's calorie-rich foods, it'll mess with my dreams. They get weirder and a little more vivid. maybe I just don't sleep as deeply when I've got lots of nutrients digesting, and so I remember my dreams more.
So maybe the sleep isn't as quality as on an non-full stomach.
