Yes. If things were like a Patton Oswald sketch.
He thinks we should get to celebrate fewer birthdays. 1-9, then 10 because you're finally double digits, then nothing until you're 18, then you can buy a gun and vote, then 21 because you can drink, then nothing except on years that end in 0. Until you make it to 90. Once you're 90, then for each year you remain alive, one law will no longer apply to you. 91 is theft. 99 is murder, but without weapons--anyone you can strangle to death is fine. This is of course under the assumption that if you're too weak to fight off a 99 year old, did you really deserve to live?

Depends how you would personally define murder. Is it purely the taking of human life or an action based on a legal position? I would never, under any circumstances, unlawfully kill someone.

If you were loaded 100 people onto a plane and dropped into the middle of war zone (eg Iraq, Darfur etc) and left them to fend for themselves in order to survive you'd be surprised of what people are capable of. Those who weren't willing to kill would end up being the first to be killed.

Yes, certainly if I had the necessity--but wouldn't that make it just killing rather than murder?
