^ That Boston Market? I didn't know it had penetration into the Australian market. Weird. That's it - only lasted a couple of years out here, I'd guess it had too much competition from the numerous cheap and good quality restaurants & cafes, all it really offered was a little more convenience. And corn bread.

... A guy I work with (from US) paid £20 for a box of 'Crispy creme' donuts (are those American?) when we were in central London. Krispy Kreme - another US company teetering on the verge of bankruptcy. But they do make a wicked donut. www.krispykreme.com/No way! They're too sweet. Tim Hortons is just fine for me.

damn. i could go for some taco bell right about now. or about 5 junior bacon cheeseburgers from wendy's. god bless the .99 cent value meal. got me through some tough times...
i've only eaten at an "american" fast-food restaurant twice since i've been in asia. breakfast at mcdonald's in shibuya, japan and at a burger king here in seoul. i don't know why but i'm sort of proud of that...

omg, how many meat patties do ppl need. but it duz look tempting. The bigger question is why do they put square patties in a round bun??!! yeah i found that a bit odd. probably to maximize the meat to bun ratio!

omg, how many meat patties do ppl need. but it duz look tempting. The bigger question is why do they put square patties in a round bun??!! because they don't cut corners i also put the .99 cent chili on top of my junior bacon cheeseburgers. a delectable bite of heaven right there. ps i wouldn't recommend that manuever while driving. an eat-while-drive amateur could cause severe bodily harm to himself or others. rob - i wish. but my feast will have to wait until next summer. i'm going on a little around-the-world journey starting in february...
