^A thread with such 'inspirational' power. what have i created!?! just don't blame me if you guys get tubby coz of it. Hagaan Daz is hard to find here. i think coles use to have it, but not sure if they still do. i've tried their Baileys® Irish cream and cookies & cream, both were nice. my tastes in ice cream/ frozen dessert is also dependant on my mood i've realised. i either feel fruity or creamy (coconut falls under creamy). if i want fruity i go for sorbets, gelati/gelato, and frozen yoghurt. if i feel creamy i go for ice cream.

haha, that's a nice way to put it. well atleast you have internet. so is it like paddocks and wheat farms with tumble weed rolling around and red earth, coz that's how i imagine Australian rural. Ew not outback rural, suburban rural if that helps... nah chose not to do schoolies up there coz of the stabbings and the street brawls and stuff u hear about ont he news, so we planned for Feb when all the kiddies (primary and secondary) start school again. and so the lines for the rides woudn't be too long. I went to Byron for schoolies, awesome place. I recommend it, didn't see anyone I knew there though, everyone went to the GC. I didn't see that many EA's at the GC either, only met them when we went out clubbing, most of them were japa tourists... I'm planning on being a toolie myself this year, so I mite see you there. I always say this so don't count on it coz I remember saying this last year when schoolies started... Sorry for making it off topic. Here's some ice cream pics to drool at: Wendy's Bailey Irish Dream Wendy's Choc Rock Cone Wendy's Strawberry Nut Sundae Wendy's Fundae How come they look so fake

Well I'll tell you the worst...green tea. Tried that in japan, holy crap that stuff was pretty gross. Green tea is my favorite, but only if it's made by one company in particular. There are a few others that are OK, and then there are lots more that are positively disgusting. Like the one I tried yesterday.

Love real japanese green tea ice cream when it's made from proper green tea and cream. Gelato is amazing as well, although there are so many different flavours that i can't remember all of them.

What a great thread.
I like Daquiri Ice from Baskin Robbins. And the occasional Strawberry. BR had this one flavor that was seasonal America's Birthday cake (white cake swirled with van ice cream with this fluorescent blue mixed in it) I miss it. Does anyone remember it?

^ AusThai, do you know the name of the ice cream vendors sell in Thailand? You know, the one where they sprinkle peanuts and milk on for us? I haven't seen it sold in any other country. Yum!
