I think i'd go for green tea as my every "end of day" drink, although ginger and lemongrass are the most relaxing teas. also love ginseng on occasion.

I'm going to pick Jasmine but my 2nd favorite is Thai Iced Tea. ^So do you drink tea as a relaxer or a pick me up to carry you through the day?

I don't like Asian tea. I have to drink it sweet and people think I'm crazy for wanting to add sugar to Chinese tea. Real ginseng tea not the teabag version can be crazy bitter. I haven't had this since 15 years ago though. I drink English Breakfast Tea.

I'm a huge fan of macha and genmaicha which has a lightly roasted brown rice flavor to it. Good stuff. Thai iced tea is delicious also. I should learn how to make that on my own. I can't imagine it'd be that hard.
As far as European teas go - I like Lady Grey. No, not Earl Grey. Lady Grey. It's got a subtle bit of a citrusy, lemony, gingerish taste to it. Quite good.

PG TIPS!!!!!!! haha.. i miss a proper english cuppa these days!! - cant get fresh/real milk here in hk.. anyway, i've started aquiring a taste for green tea, used to find it leaving a dryness in my throat afterwards. Same for Crysanthemum tea too. usually drink jasmine or po lei or sau mei tea at dim sum

I like ginseng tea best. The strong taste is very good. I like green tea too, but it's not strong enough for me.
Did you know tea will stain your teeths more then coffee?

Hmmmm generally i like to drink hot tea ONCE right at the end of the day, and it is usually very relaxing. Cold tea on the other hand i'll drink during the day as a pick me up thing. Although during exam time last year i'd drink a cup of tea every morning before going off to an exam. I pretty much never ever drink coffee though.

Nothing beats a good ol’ cuppa earl grey. But health wise, I swear by Redbush/rooibos tea. Good for ‘womens problems’ (cramping etc) and helps with my asthma & allergies/hay fever (also good if you have skin problems), also has double the anti-oxidant value as green tea.
I can’t stomach mint tea (tastes like warm chewing gum water) or lemon tea (washing up liquid/detergent water).

I like tea in general (better than coffee), I vote jasmine tea.
Apparently indians call tea "chai". Chinese call it "cha".

I like Japanese green tea with rice grains, but it gives me a headache every time I drink it, I think it dehydrates me.
Other than that, I drink whatever crap my lousy company provides (usually only drink tea at work).
