Oh yeah, Jenniferbrook is right, my Aunt brought Kaya from back home over half a year ago and it's still fresh. Oh God kaya *drools*.
That's mighty brave attempting to make it ..... not that I should even be allowed to set foot in a kitchen.

aaaah.... i didn t find coconut cream so i used coconut instead milk which i tried to drain....unfortunately it didn t turn out too well, so the kaya ( although quite good) turned out lumpy ... i ll have to squeeze the cocout s flesh myself next time i m afraid if i don t want diluted coconut milk.. make instant noodles and lie to your wife ? order chinese take out ? tut tut tut...

hey instant noodles requires skill to make.. especially mi-poh etc.. u have to mix it properly or it will taste yuck.

oh yes, the tshirt folding classic. i saw that 2 years ago and VOLUNTEERED to fold all of my bf's tees (it works better on guys shirts cos they are bigger?), but the novelty soon wore off

Hapalicious....I made kaya sometime back and it kept for about 2 weeks. Or should I say, we finished it in 2 weeks. Anyway, I'm sure if refrigerated, it should last 2 months. If you're still not sure...just apply the sniff test. Are you making a huge batch? Man, now I feel like having kaya on toast.

Hapalicious,i could kiss you-i came on EAN to put off folding the ENORMOUS amount of laundry i just did and found that shirt video...i still hate folding laundry,but this at least shou8ld make it quicker. the potato thing was interesting too,i need more of those kinds of videos.
