On the few occaisons I asked someone whether thet were EA, almost always Im correct in my assumption. I have never met anyone whom, as far as I know, felt uncomfortable. I appreciate that this is can be very personal to some and I make sure that I dont come across as too intruding or rude. Most of my encounters has been on public transport admiring the EA children with their parents. When the opportunity arises I make no qualms in striking up a conversation which is always pleasant. I find that the parents are more than happy to chat about their kids, their backgrounds etc. then if you are lucky, you can speak to the kids who are normally very shy at first, as you'd expect but are more animated once they start going. Very funny and very sweet.

I’m waiting for someone to start the White encounter stories! thread or the Asian encounter stories! thread or the Latino encounter stories! thread or the Black encounter stories! thread… Makes you wonder what non-EAs must think of EAs

Saw another blonde German-Korean kido (a very young girl), the blonde EAs are the greatest shock LOL j/k If I remember correctly, there's a female member on here who has the same mix but with ginger hair, strange but unique!

I'm not normally one to hark on about seeing random eurasians, since because I live in and travel around Asia, they are quite commonplace to me (I am also a member of a 200+ member Eurasian club in Tokyo). HOWEVER, yesterday I saw a jaw-droppingly beautiful Eurasian girl at a busy supermarket in Shibuya. Good lord. She was with her Japanese father and I'd guess she was around 19-20 years old (yes, yes, a bit young for me. shush), she resembled Natalie Portman with slightly more olive skin and had shampoo-ad hair.
She will haunt my dreams for a while to come.
I hope I bump into her again someday. Like, naked.

@telliecoin - My dear, just because you look more asian doesnt mean you're a genetic reject! You're pretty, hence you must have good genes.. Oui?
Oh and if you're going to talk about pretty-you-make-me-jealous brothers.. I have one that makes me wonder why on earth he wasnt made a girl. Ok, well he's every inch a male.. But he has one of those delicate high bridged noses, slanted eyes, full pink lips, slightly curly chestnut hair, perfect skin and a tan to die for. Not to mention a metabolic rate that can put away six meals a day.
Genetics can play a foul game.. I know how you feel luv.

Learned that my co-worker was part Flippino. Damn he is mixed. And not all that bright but he can be funny. His father was part Flippino and whatever. I find it that he is so mixed up with a million differen't cultures that he has no real cultural role model to mold his life around and is left with mediocrisy and trailer trash or American degeneracy. Is mixing too much harmful for your offspring? That is a question that comes to mind. He was actually born in a really crazy neighborhood to drug addicted parents who really was living day to day and trying to live in a somewhat cruel city.

I encountered one twice... in two days... I really wanted to talk to him, since I saw him at the buses, but for some reason I kept wussing out! He wore a "Multicultural Camp" shirt the whole two days and stuck out like a sore thumb since he wore blue. >_< And I knew he was obviously Eurasian, either Korean or Japanese, but... yeah.
It still bugs me today that I never asked.

Costco Wholesale Suppah Store - common ground for PHX Asians. (Caucasians galore no matter where.) Me - about your age, fresh out of the Opt's office and squinting at everything w/ my fully dilated eyes (the light.. it... burns...). You - pushing your cart, trying to bargain with your son while shopping. I knew you were giggling at me but it's okay.. I remembered how shopping w/ Kenny use to be like. Good luck to you!

One case that stands out recently was a little girl of maybe 2 wearing a t-shirt saying, "My Way or the Highway."
And I'm sitting there thinking to myself, yeah that's real cute now but it'll be a lot less cute in 20 years...

Anyways maybe this can be considered an EA encounter story. I was reading Kiplinger's monthly and there was this EA half Japanese/White mix and she was impersonated by a Half Black/Flippino mix though they don't look anything alike the Blasian impersonated her and stole her ID and accumulated arrest warrants in three states and a number of other crazy things. So this EA girl had gotten pulled over for a minor violation or something and the cop said there's an arrest warrant for prostitution in Orange County or LA for you. Damn this one's girls life has been pretty messed up with the stolen idenity gambit. And she looks like a good girl. Looks straight arrow and struggling.
