ahhemm now that I got ur attention ladies and gents ...
Planning an event celebrating Mixed Identity, Mixed People. Everyone else does it so why not us right!
Still working out what this event will be. Party, discussion, cultural thing , or all of the above.
Would love to have you input on what you think a Mixed People celebration should consist of.
I got a venue/sponsor for the summer, that I wont name for now... case this thing flops. :/
At this stage the programmer at the venue and I are coming up with Musicians, speakers, artists, filmmakers, comedians, that we could book.
If you know of any Mixed conscious performers, lecturers, artists, etc. please please share. If you got some links to their stuff thats even better.

^Thats what we do everyday here , or am I the only one partying on EAN? But thats not a bad suggestion. Incorporating some sort of internet componnent into the event would be interesting and also relevant as our unity has been aided by this technology.
Was really hoping for some more suggestions. Would really like some.

Upbeat music by Nicole Scherzinger, Cassie Ventura, Alicia Keys, Christina Milian, Ne-Yo (1/8), George Nozuka, Taio Cruz, Christina Aguilera, Amerie and Mariah Carey (there'd be a lot more).
Some of these artists are much more talented than some of the others I've listed, however since it's party music I don't think people will really care about the talent-factor, if it's making them drop it like it's hot.
edit: Consider it as background music, for when artists may not be performing live on stage.

Well, once it gets started, maybe a global circuit can be started:
Toronto --> Vancouver --> San Francisco --> New York --> London --> Amsterdam --> Sao Paulo --> Melbourne --> Sydney ---> Auckland --> Hawaii --> Singapore --> Bangkok --> Manila --> Hong Kong --> Tokyo --> Kazakhistan. etc.

What about Justin Nozuka.. he wouldn't be too expensive either. You know about him? thats funny. Nice suggestion , he is also from Toronto. who knows Any other suggestions? A tour would rock but I think some other people would have to take the innitiative and make it happen in other cities. This thing isnt for sure. and I dont know how big its gonna be. But I'ma try and make it happen.
