I like it when somebody almost instantly responds back to your post almost like MSN. Several years ago, I went to the Korn forums to troll Korn fans. Apparently, tons of other people had, too, and one of the boards was overpopulated with them. That board was that fast, and it was really fun for a year or so until they got rid of the forums. It was so sudden that I lost touch with everyone from there =/

Yeah, I only come on to post on EA/race related threads so I usually just do a quick two minute sweep of rel/p&s/fam/culture forums and if there's nothing then I don't bother. Though I sometimes post on a thread I find particularly interesting.

few member+less posted= dead EAN More member + more posted = livening EAN
All member have to contribute to make to make EAN fun place. But maybe some member stuck in Cambodia(Kampong Soam) where internet access is 25 km away at town and he able to logged in when he in town?? So ask yourself who to blame? EAN or its non contribution member???
See you when im in town again..

Show us your odd balls Atilla. Haven't I been doing that since starting on EurasianNation? Besides, I can't frantically post on this forum because the mods would threaten me with a ban. It has already happened with me twice. The first time I was posting like crazy (about 90 posts in a single night), so I slowed down a little. The next time I received another warning for spamming (that time I only posted like about 20 posts a day on average since the last warning). Man, this forum is too strict on spamming rules if you ask me, but I guess it's because it has such limited bandwidth.

This post isn't necessarily directed at this forum, but with regards to any forum on the net, I don't see the point of complaining unless you intend to do something about it yourself, which is namely creating threads and/or contributing to them.
In terms of EAN though, the large decrease in activity manifested earlier last year.

Makes sense. PPL now have less time to post. They now probably have to work two jobs. Then a bad economy also means more unemployment, and an unemployed individual could post stuff!

This forum is pretty boring now from the lack of activity, so I post on Insidehoops now!

a bad economy also means more unemployment, and an unemployed individual could post stuff! Word up! I've been trying to pull a little weight here in recent weeks. I've neglected EAN for quite some time. Most of it was due to when I was employed. I would get home late, eat, then watch a tv show and go to bed. Never found enough time for EAN. Where are all the college students? Your computers should be up 24/7 with plenty of time in between classes to post about the banality that is your life. It's definitely when I had time. Maybe it's just that everybody who used to post has hooked up, and they'll only come back when they're single and ready to spit game on the PMs.

When I was working 60-80 hrs. per week, sometimes I used EAN AT Work (ie, break at 10:30pm.) just to take a break from work. It was something accessible. While unemployed, I usually find more accessible things to do.
But I really think the culprit is stuff like Facebook and other online social networking -- people spend more time on that than on forums.
Cheers.

In that case has there been any discussion of moving or migrating this forum to facebook/myspace?

This forum is going through the cyclical summer doldrums.
