That Mongolian stuff is true?
...
I'm weird. Pretty much no hair on my arms. Even held up to light. Then my legs are like many caucasians'. There's a sizeable patch of hair on my chest, unlike most Asians. And, I could grow a beard if I wanted to, but it takes a while (the Asian side is Thai btw, so beards are pretty much non-existent if full blooded).

^Question: At what point should a woman stop exercising with weights and consuming protein to avoid becoming "manly?" Does everyone here agree that there is a particular level of muscularity at which a lady is no longer aesthetically "feminine," regardless of male hormone-related issues (i.e., even if she isn't upsetting her hormonal levels through anabolic steroid use...)? Is this concept even logical? Does artist Boris Vallejo, for example, cross this line in his artwork? Just wondering... I can imagine that in many conservative societies around the world today, that lady's physique would already be considered unattractive by the majority. thats more of a bodyfat % thing. dont go below 12 if youre any more than say 130 lb @ 5'7, add or subtract 5 lbs up to 6' per inch, so like 5'8 135, etc

on a side note, how attractive would a 5'8 170 lb man be at 6-9% bodyfat?
175
180
185?

Let me dispel a rumor here...
Women can not get big by exercise. Those big buff women are using supplements (to put the term lightly). They're practically not even women really. Heh.
A woman who exercises with weights will turn into nothing but Hot as Hell.

I work out every day, usu walking a little, or if I can a lot. When I am well, I enjoyed more rigorious things every day. Getting enough sleep keeps the stress fat off.
