I put my pants on just like the rest of you -- one leg at a time. Except, once my pants are on, I make gold posts.

Life is like a Box of Hammers. You almost hit the nail on head, Foresta Gump. Keep swinging.

Anyone growing out the whiskers for Stachetober? Participating with the boys, but now the girls won't go out in public with us. The mustache is the mark of learned men.

Until you run into another owner, then for a fleeting moment there's understanding in the world. Saw one the other day who looked and sounded just like Ron Burgundy.
I don't know where this applies in the US, but over here, any month is stache month if you're with a group.

Anyone of you have any suggestions on how to cheer up? I need that right about now. I don't seem to be acting like myself. My heart feels like it is in knots or something. Weird huh?

I find walking around in the sunshine listening to an upbeat, video game soundtrack (FIFA 2010 highly recommended) really helps. There's certainly no shortage of sunshine in the Bay Area this week is there? Then maybe stop by a coffee shop and sit for a bit with an iced latte. Exercise always helps me too. And if all else fails, have a stiff drink and watch an entertaining movie (or better yet, miniseries that will take up a whole week of your time and give you something to obsess over and look forward to).

You know, there's nothing wrong with being unhappy. Saw some folks wrestling in the grass today and they asked if I wanted to join. I was up next and got into fighting stance and they're like: (them: me: ) "Dude, there's no hitting." "wait, what?" "Yeah, knew he was going to back out" "f*** you" He ended up getting me in some sort of pin and I couldn't move. I mean, I could have punched him in the face, but apparently that's against the rules. I have no idea how to wrestle, thus, wrestling is stupid.
